This cardigan is a favourite of mine because I love travelling cables up shaping and then over the shoulder and down the back. I also like the way the edge of the cardigan curves up at the back slightly to give an interesting detail.
:: 16(18:20) 50g balls of Kilcarra Tweed
:: 1280(1440:1600) metres.
:: 4mm knitting needles
:: 4.5mm needles
:: Cable needle (optional)
:: Five buttons
Tension: 16 stitches and 28 rows to 10cm/4in square over moss stitch using 4.5mm needles
