Strid Blanket Pattern

Skill Level:   ◊ ◊ ◊ This is a lovely calming blanket to knit. It just uses the knit and purl stitches and there isn’t any sewing up!
This pattern is from my Knitted With Love book.

My design ideas and advice: To me, this blanket evokes feelings of joy, comfort and warmth. The simple square pattern is easy to knit and looks very effective. I always come back to this stitch pattern for blankets. It’s one of my favourites and I love how it looks like the stitches are flowing in and out of each other. It is a delight to knit and to know that love is knitted into every stitch.
